1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may lead to account suspension or termination.

2. Nature of Service

Purohitbazzar.com is an online platform that:

• Enables customers to book Purohit services for various Puja rituals.
• Allows qualified Purohits to register and offer their services.
• Acts as a facilitator between Customers and Purohits and the Company does not itself perform any religious rituals.

3. Puja Booking Process

3.1 Quotation

• A formal quotation will be issued for the requested Puja service.
• The quotation is valid for a limited period only.

3.2 Advance Payment & Confirmation

• 50% advance payment of the quoted amount is mandatory.
• Booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.

4. Issuance of Documents

Upon confirmation of booking, the customer will receive a detailed Samagri (Fardo) list and a formal invoice/bill.

5. Balance Payment

• The remaining 50% payment must be made on the day of the Puja.
• Payment shall be made after the arrival of the Purohit at the designated location.
• Failure to pay the balance amount may result in service cancellation.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Advance payment is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling may be requested, subject to Availability of Purohit(s) and Company approval.

6.2 Cancellation by Company

• In case of cancellation by the Company, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded.

7. Purohit Registration & Responsibilities

Registered Purohits agree to:

• Provide accurate personal, qualification, and experience details
• Perform Puja rituals as per Shastra and agreed scope
• Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and decorum
• Carry necessary Puja items if agreed during booking

The Company reserves the right to approve, suspend, or remove any Purohit profile without prior notice.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide correct Puja details, address, and preferred timing
• Arrange Puja venue and Samagri unless otherwise agreed
• Treat Purohits with respect and dignity

9. Pricing & Platform Fees

• Prices displayed may include platform service charges.
• All applicable taxes shall be borne by the customer.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaZed Media & Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any religious dissatisfaction arising from ritual beliefs.
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in services;
• Acts, omissions, or conduct of Purohits or Customers
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or force majeure events

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, and graphics are the property of purohitbazzar.com and Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services or Site if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in misconduct. Upon termination, all outstanding dues become immediately payable.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised "Effective Date." Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
